Machining
All tubing is uniquely serialized in the raw state upon being put in the OPM inventory warehouse. Typically the predominantly tube product is first cut into predefined lengths, then the process of rough turning, milling, drilling, tapping and other machining processes as for example EDM. Once the tube blanks are made into semi-finished qualified parts they are re-stored ready for final machining and surface treatment to ensure a rapid turnaround for our customers.

Inspection
OPM manufactures critical components for down-hole drilling and production oilfield operations. All final products undergo 100% strict process inspection during machining and stress relief where required. The completed parts will also undergo 100% full dimensional, and visual inspection to ensure that the delivered products are 100% qualified. All our components are 100% serialized by engraving to guarantee 100% traceability to raw materials and critical production processes.
