All tubing blanks undergo chemical composition and mechanical properties analysis by approved third party laboratories. We conduct metallographic analysis and inter-granular corrosion tests to ensure all stainless steel materials meet the corrosion resistance requirements for every production run from the steel mill. Once completed and approved the raw materials are moved to a secure location prior to machining.
